Privacy Act 1988 Money Depot is covered by the Privacy Act 1988, which came into operation on 21 December 2001. In accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act, this document advises you of the manner in which your personal information is handled by us. We respect the privacy of your personal information You have consented to Money Depot disclosing the information on your application form, to a Lender for the purposes of obtaining finance. Your personal information is not disclosed to anyone other than the lender or your nominated representative. We have collected your personal information in order to complete the application for finance. If you do not provide all of the required information, the application may not be considered for approval. Your right of access Money Depot keeps a copy of your application in order to communicate with you about the application, and provide other services to you. A copy of the application is provided to the lender in order to consider your application, and to Choice Aggregation Services, in order to administer the commission payable by the Bank.
